2. These terms
These terms apply to orders placed with PanelDecorStore and to your use of our website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

3. Products
We aim to describe our products accurately. Please check the stated dimensions, finishes and specifications before ordering. Product colours and finishes may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings.
If you need more information about a product or its suitability for your project, please contact us before ordering.
4. Prices and VAT
Product prices displayed on the website exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout. The checkout shows the VAT amount and the total charged for your products before you submit your order.
Panel shipping is not included in the checkout total unless a shipping charge is expressly shown there. Panel shipping may involve an additional cost. We will contact you after receiving your order to discuss the available shipping options and their costs. We will not charge you for shipping without your agreement.
We may change prices displayed on the website. A change will not affect an order we have already accepted at an agreed price.
5. Placing and paying for an order
You can place and pay for an order through our website. Please check the products, quantities, delivery address and checkout total before submitting it. The checkout payment covers the amounts shown at checkout; it does not mean that a separate panel shipping charge has been agreed.
After receiving your order, a PanelDecorStore representative will contact you to discuss shipping options, any additional cost and the expected delivery timeframe. We will arrange and charge for shipping only if you agree to the proposed option and cost.
If we cannot offer a suitable shipping option, or you do not accept the proposed shipping cost, please tell us. We will cancel your order and refund the full amount you paid using your original payment method, unless you agree otherwise. We will not treat your initial product payment as consent to a later shipping charge.
If a product is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the affected order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Panels can be large, heavy or difficult to transport safely. We therefore assess shipping case by case, considering the products ordered, their size and quantity, the delivery location, and any access or unloading requirements. We do not promise a fixed shipping rate or delivery timeframe for every order.
After you place an order, our representative will explain the available shipping options, their costs, what the proposed service includes and the expected delivery timeframe. Please tell us about access restrictions such as narrow roads, limited parking, stairs or a need for special unloading equipment. We will discuss any resulting arrangements and costs with you before arranging shipping.
We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate to receive them, takes physical possession. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery timeframe, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Your statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
7. Cancelling an online purchase
If you buy online as a consumer, you will generally have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To cancel, email info@paneldecorstore.com or write to our business address with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your order number if you have it. You may use a cancellation form, but you do not have to use one.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Please contact us before returning large panels so that a suitable return method can be arranged.
The change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. We will identify any applicable exception before you order. A product is not automatically exempt simply because it is large or was ordered in for you. Any exception to change-of-mind cancellation does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
8. Change-of-mind returns and refunds
Panels may not be suitable for return by ordinary post. If you would be responsible for the direct cost of returning an item after a change-of-mind cancellation, we will give you the required information about that cost before you place the order. Please contact us to discuss a suitable return method.
If you validly cancel, we will refund the amounts due under applicable law, including standard outbound delivery costs where required. Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the goods or receive evidence that you have returned them before issuing the refund. We will use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what was necessary to inspect them.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods arrive damaged, are faulty or are not what you ordered, please contact us at info@paneldecorstore.com or +353 86 876 9488. Tell us your order number and describe the issue. Photographs can help us investigate damage, but they are not a condition of your statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under consumer law. We will cover applicable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Nothing in our change-of-mind return arrangements limits these rights.
10. Use of this website
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or introduce malicious software.
Website text, photographs and other content belong to us or their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal use, but may not reproduce the content for commercial purposes without permission.
11. Our responsibility
We take reasonable care in describing products and fulfilling orders. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order we have already accepted unless you agree to them.
